§ 8.04.240. Initial compliance.

    A reasonable period of time, not to exceed one year, is hereby granted to all persons with existing operations or processes within which to comply with the provisions of Sections 8.04.210 and 8.04.220; but nothing in this section shall be construed to permit any person to emit any air contaminant causing injury or damage to the person or property of others.

    B.

    All persons shall bring their processes into full compliance as soon as possible. The control officer may, at any time, require from any registrant such information, analyses, plans, or specifications, but not including specifications of any proprietary process, as will disclose the progress made toward full compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
