§ 15.36.050. Conflict with building code.

Where strict adherence to the prescriptive standards in Sections 15.36.010 through 15.36.050 would result in a violation of the city of North Las Vegas Building Code, alternative requirements to meet the noise level reduction standard shall be approved by the building official.
