§ 8.04.160. Collection and distribution of fees.

A.

The Clark County air pollution control board, or any person employed by the Clark County air pollution control board, designated by the board is hereby authorized to collect for the city, any of the fees provided for in this chapter.

B.

Any fees so collected are to be deposited in a special account as directed by the director of finance of the city.

C.

The Clark County air pollution control board will provide to the director of finance of the city a statement at the end of each month accounting for any fees so collected.

D.

The director of finance is authorized to transfer the funds deposited in the account from time to time or as the same are required by the Clark County air pollution control board to the depository wherein funds are held for use by the Clark County air pollution control board, less any costs incurred by the city in so collecting them.
