§ 5.54.110. Advertising regulations.

A.

It is unlawful for any person to publicly advertise in any manner the availability of vacation certificates without first having obtained a license as provided in this chapter.

B.

The license of any person issued pursuant to this chapter may be revoked for false, deceptive or misleading advertising as defined in NRS 207.170 through 207.180, inclusive.
