§ 5.24.140. Penalty—Violation.

Any violation of this chapter, or any provisions herein contained, constitutes a misdemeanor, and the offender upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00), or by imprisonment for not more than six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
