§ 2.56.030. Preparation of bids.

A.

The purchasing manager is authorized to prepare all bids and bid specifications, excepting public works construction projects which must be prepared and/or approved by the director of public works.

B.

All bids contemplated to be more than five thousand dollars ($5,000.00) must be logged in and assigned a bid number in the city clerk's office.
