§ 2.12.020. Mayor Authorized to Sign Agreement.

The Mayor of the City is authorized to sign an agreement with the mayors of the other incorporated cities of Clark County and the Chairman of the Board of Commissioners of Clark County, for the formation of a district board of health for Clark County.
