§ 2.08.230. Notice to elected mayor and councilmen of causes of forfeiture.

The city clerk shall provide to the mayor and each councilman the provisions of the Charter of the city which enumerates the causes for disqualification or for forfeiture of office. Each officer shall sign a statement that he has received said provisions and understands the nature of the disqualifications, which statement shall be filed by the city clerk.
