§ 2.08.100. City clerk—Responsibilities and law governing.

The city clerk is charged by the city council with the responsibility for the proper conduct of the primary, special and general municipal elections of the city and shall be governed by the provisions of this chapter, the Charter of the city, as amended, and the general election laws of the state so far as the same can be made applicable.
