§ 2.04.040. Copies of Ordinances.

Copies of any ordinances proposed for adoption by the City Council shall be made available by the City Clerk and the City Clerk is ordered to make copies available, in the following public places:
A.

One copy shall be posted on the bulletin board located in the City Hall, prior to the commencement of the Council meeting at which said ordinance is proposed for adoption, and shall remain there until the ordinance takes effect;

B.

Additional copies shall be made available to the public in the Council chambers during the time that the Council Meeting is in progress at which said ordinance is considered.
