§ 15.64.320. Unlawful rent.

A.

It is unlawful for any person to rent or lease, or cause to be rented or leased, any mobilehome to any person to be used as living or sleeping quarters except within a licensed mobilehome park, subdivision, or in the case of a travel trailer or recreational vehicle, within a licensed recreational vehicle park established and operated in accordance with the city of North Las Vegas recreational vehicle park and subdivision ordinance.

B.

It is unlawful for any person to rent, lease, or use or cause to be rented, leased or used, any mobilehome for commercial purposes within a mobilehome park or subdivision.
